Situation Design begins with the idea: that situation is the cell of experience;
and that experience is the aggregate, and sum total of situations to which we have been exposed.
Situation Design is a methodology and practice. It is an approach to analyzing experience, perception, culture and
social organization - material and immaterial, physical or conceptual. Discerning the elements of situation, we can
distinguish the foundations of presumptions, interpretations, expectations.
All design is: of situation, in situation, for situation.
Situating insight, we design for interaction; we design for what becomes experience.
As social architects directing the emergent potential of the next moment, we transform possibility into opportunity.
